Abstract:
Data in this dataset represent animal sightings that occurred during aerial marine species monitoring surveys beginning in April 2018 through August 2019 conducted in the NFC (Norfolk Canyon) study area off the coast of Virginia Beach, VA. Twenty-three days of aerial surveys were completed between 4/09/2018 – 08/12/2019. Work was performed under HDR task order 18F4019 (IDIQ contract award N62470-15-D-8006, NAVFAC LANT).
