Southern right whales distribution in Bahía Nueva, Puerto Madryn, Argentina

Database containing unpublished information about the position of south Atlantic right whales (Eubalaena australis) in the Bahía Nueva (located between 42° 41' 55'' S - 64° 59' 38'' W and 42° 47´ 08´´ S - 64 ° 57´25´´ W), Puerto Madryn, Chubut, Argentina. Position of individuals in the bay were recorded by terrestrial triangulation method during August and November of 2003-2005. Samples recorded number of individuals and group composition during the breeding season.
